The Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and Underwriters Laboratories of Canada (ULC) is a life safety science company that governs industry professionals who meet their extensive requirements. The Numactive Care Centers are UL and ULC-listed which requires an annual audit and our care operators must undergo extensive training, background checks, and maintain a clean police record.
